One attorney wrote on a blog about State sovereignty .

I have been hearing "what can we do?" more than I ever have in all my life. So, here's what I hope is some wisdom, that I have gleaned from my years of living.

Thirteen governments banned together to have a revolution against the Mother Country. What I am hearing so often is "we must rebel".... well, history proves that rebellions are always put down. If I am wrong, I will gladly entertain your example of a rebellion that actually worked.

Here's what rebellions lack and the 13 colonies had :government, militia, taxation, tradition, leadership, etc. As I see it, we cannot/must not scatter our energy, but we must take over our state governments again.

Reason being, the state governments are the only real entities with everything (other than good leadership) to curb the take over of the Federal Government. Nothing can stop the feds other than the states.

Therefore, in 2010 let's concentrate on taking over state governments. Let's be bold and start running for local/state offices.

Many believe that the "new world order" is already here; the bricks have been put into the wall, one at a time and we are almost back to serfdom. WOW, that's "not in my reality".

If one person can bring in one more person who is willing to take back our state governments, maybe we can recapture America for the people.
