Book Reviews: American Politics
The Creature from Jekyll Island
by
G. Edward Griffin
If I were King of the United States of America, I would require each and
every citizen over the age of 14 to read this book.
The author details the history and the consequences of the set up of the
Federal Reserve System.
The book was published in 1994 and if you did not know that fact, you would
believe that the author just had the first edition published, it is that
current.
Most educated Americans realize that the Federal Reserve is a devious way of
covering up the fact that the "Fed" is a central bank. A central bank which
guarantees that it's profits remain the bank's and the losses are paid for
by American taxpayers.
The book reads like a mystery and is very difficult to put down.
Rather than being just an esoteric look into economics, the author presents
the reader with a concrete plan to eliminate the Federal Reserve System and
still maintain our economic well-being. Since the future is ours to create,
I return to my initial statement ,that we all must read this book, so that
we may stop this disastrous plundering of the United States of America.
