Book Reviews: American Politics
The Obama Nation
Jerome R. Corsi, Ph.D
Dr. Corsi wrote this book before Obama was elected president, but it is
still worth the read.
If you wondered where Obama came from, Dr. Corsi makes a pretty good case
for him being the packaged marvel of David Axelrod. As an advertising
genius, Axelrod knew how to package an empty suit who could read a
teleprompter and could draw a cult following. Axelrod also knew how to win
the leftist media to Obama's side.
Dr. Corsi chronicles Obama's life and clearly traces his communist friends
who were influential in forming his progressive thought.
Dr. Corsi also shows how difficult it was to keep the angry Michelle on
message. I would like to hear more about her, as she was disbarred in
Illinois and no one talks about that.
Obama's Kenya connections, especially his efforts on behalf of Odinga's
election for president of Kenya, are very disconcerting, especially in light
of Obama's naiveté on the international stage.
Dr. Corsi has written an important and readable book, which is carefully
documented and merits your attention.
