SMARTER AMERICA, LLC is an event, media, consultant and advocacy company. Spearheading this national U.S. Constitution restoration movement is one of our events, which calls for a specific issue Constitutional Convention. This and other events focus on stopping Congressional over reach, championing for a constitutional that repeals amendment XXVII. “We the people” can restore original constitutional intent, stop ever expanding powers of Congress by regaining our rightful local power. Just voting out old elected officials every election cycle, then replacing with a different Congress has proven ineffective. Congress remains out of touch.

Smarter America's events bring a permanent solution through this single constitutional amendment: Amendment twenty-eight. Smarter America, LLC is an independent company, which is not affiliated with any political party, not any political action group, nor supports any given elected official. Ours is non-partisan.

The company manages events, media and messaging. We have two different business plans:

The primary venue is managing events and fund raising. Smarter America can schedule unique speakers, talent and programs. We provide the venue, media, security, insurance, etc. We are able to meet organizational needs fully or partially.
The second is mass media, mainly by acquiring highway signboards. Our billboards are in high traffic and diverse points of entry. Our firm buys specific, targeted media with an 20% operational expenses of the media budget.
